Oxford's six-week Christmas market on Broad Street, with gift stalls, street food, a two-storey Alpine-style bar, a carousel and a big wheel.

Since 2024 Broad Street, in front of the Sheldonian Theatre and the old Bodleian buildings, has been taken over by a Christmas market organised by Keston Events for Oxford City Council. Decorated stalls sell handmade gifts, artisan products and festive food, alongside street food from around the world and warming drinks such as mulled wine.

The Alpine Lodge, a two-storey bar, is a focal point, and there are family rides including a carousel and a ferris wheel, plus live music and performances from choirs and local groups.

Entry is free. The council encourages visitors to use buses or the park and ride rather than driving into the city centre.
