A two-day charity Christmas fair of local artisans held in the Guest Hall of Alnwick Castle.
Alnwick Castle, the Duke of Northumberland's medieval fortress, hosts a short Christmas fair in its Guest Hall each November. Local artisans sell handcrafted gifts alongside seasonal food and treats.
The fair opens with an evening preview, billed as the first chance to shop the hand-picked stallholders, followed by a family-friendly daytime market day. Each year the fair supports a charity; in 2026 it is Smile For Life, which helps disabled and disadvantaged young people. Entry is by ticket (£5 in 2025).
